How do I stop a domain from popping up in my browsers?

this domain keeps popping up on my in my browsers..

There is always more to it,but, it pops up as a McAfee System sweeps telling me there are a lot of viruses and issues with my system.. Either it's a total scam or bitdefender is not doing its job.. In any case, is there a way for me to block this entire domain in either Bitdefender or my browsers.. It happens in Edge more that Chrome or Firefox..
