Someone had physical access to my phone. How can I get this fixed. They are altering photos which are evidence against them. I know who it is, can't figure how to keep them off.

What are the clues that suggest this unauthorized access, since when is this happening and have you previously downloaded or installed any suspicious apps or programs? Do you have Bitdefender Mobile Security installed or not? What type of phone do you have? And are there any other symptoms, what do you mean by "altering photos" and who do you suspect is behind this? What does "physical access" mean, did you left your phone unattended, and if yes, what happened afterwards, exactly?
Please share the context and be more precise, otherwise I don't think we'll be able to provide accurate advice here..
