Registration 2009 Antivirus
hi
i purchased bitdefender antivirus 2009 3 weeks ago . Still unable to connect to server and register.
my operating system is Vista.
I have recieved some-- very limited support info from tech help . I have downloaded and run unistall, then reinstalled several times. at the point of register product I always get same message cannot connect to server, therfore cannot recieved updates.
any help welcome .

are you using a Proxy for you Internet? also, are you able to update the bd product?
