How Do I Get My Money Back
Can anyone tell me how to get my money back becuase this software is CRAP! I have had nothing but problems on a fresh install of windows XP. My computer contstantly locks up, bitdefender does not respond and it doesn't update. This software is not worth the money so buyer "BEWARE" and the support ###### ######

What software are you talking about and whats your problem exactly ,maybe we can help you here?
If BD 2009 variants dont work for you ,try BD 2008 ,the licence works with both.
Some software companies release TRIALS so you can test the product before you buy it.
BD 2009 and BD 2008 they both have trial versions

Would you be willing to sell your BD license pro-rated as to the number of months left? ( REMARK TO BD AND NO-ONE ELSE: And if so, can it be converted to a the license for a BD AV v10, v11 or v12?!
If we can make such an arrangement, many would consider purchasing your license, including me.

my license is for bd anti virus 2009 2-3 computers and if it could be arranded it's yours, I have only had it running for 7 days out of a 1 year subscription and have had nothing but problem's
