I have installed DB on a new Vista home premium machine, first SW to go on. It worked for a couple of day but after installing various sw I get a critical error on reboot. This asks me to send a report with my email which I do every time (5). No reply after 3 days. BD scan runs and reports 2 infected items, I cannot do anything as I can't open BD.
I cannot uninstall as the process hangs and I have to stop the process, I waited 2 hours. Repair has the same problem. I am hoping auto update will fix the problem as my only alternative seems to be a recover of the machine.
