URGENT CONCERN


ATTENTION: BIT DEFENDER TECHNICAL SUPPORT


SUBJECT: MS EXCEL AUTO CLOSE IN 2 TO 3 MINUTES.


I PURCHASE BIT DEFENDER TOTAL SECURITY 2009 LAST WEEK AND I ALREADY INSTALLED TO MY COMPUTER. MY OS IS WINDOWS XP SP2. IT IS VERY IRRITATED TO ME WHEN EVER I OPEN MY MS EXCEL FILES AND STAND BY FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES AND SUDDENLY IT IS AUTOMATICALLY CLOSE.


BEFORE IT DOES NOT HAPPEN, BUT WHEN I INSTALLED BIT DEFENDER TOTAL SECURITY 2009 IT NOW HAPPEN ALL THE TIME.


PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS MATTER.

    I'm seriously thinking about inserting a filter for caps on this thing. People writing with all caps should have their IP banned instantly.


    Anyway. BitDefender Technical support can be reached using our website.


    Normally you should see some form of warning. Does this happen if you have BitDefender disabled or just the behavioral scanner disabled?
