well ive posted this one time before and noone knows whats goin on i contacted the customer support and still no help mainly cause the tools are missing .dll files......go figure huh? here it is one last time when i 1st boot up i get a error "could not extract dump" click ok and that problem goes away....not to big of a deal but when im all booted up i try to get bd to load up it wont so i ahve to go into task manager and end seccenter.exe for it to load ......fine no big deal just annoying ...... last problem when i start a scan it stopes like 5 minutes into it and freezes on 1 file.....i left it alone for 7 hrs and it still freezes up and i cant make the scanner stop either wont do anything......im running windows vista home premium 64 bit........my brother has the same problem and hes on xp.....i really would like to get it fixed and buy the full version but im not goin to if i keep having problems like this.......
