I download BD IS 2009 from http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...ty_2009_32b.exe.


When I installed,I found a new system account named 'BitdefenderCommon'.The User Account on the control pannel hasn't this account. I can't enter and want to know whether it's normal?

    Have you restarted after this account appeared? What is the path on this account? Ex. C:\Documents and Settings\your_user

    That user is created as an admin to user to ensure that every task and process is ran in optimal condition. So creating a new user is a normal thing for BD.
