[pending]bd2009 Int Security Cannot Launch If You Click

I had download a trial version which is dated 11 November 2009. I then run the updates from bitdefender up grade web site and it was done successfully but just cannot launch the icon. If i right mouse click the task bar icon i can do the virus pattern upgrade and fixed the pending issues but just cannot launch using the "Show" or the desktop bitdefender shortcut. If you select My Computer and select C: to scan, the scanning screen does appear and it tells the status of the screening.

Anyone can help or encounter this before?

I had tried uninstall tools but still the same outcome!

Follow the steps below in order to solve the issue:

1. Double left click on the BitDefender icon next to the Windows clock;

2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete on your keyboard in order to open the Windows Task

Manager;

3. Locate the seccenter.exe process in that list and right click on it and

select 'End Process';

4. When the process disappears from that list, close the Windows Task Manager

and open the BitDefender main window.

Please first try to kill "seccenter.exe" from task manager and afterward try to restart it from the tray icon.

If this fails please try to run a repair on your current installation.
