Win32.silly In My Computer

I'm running windows vista on my computer, i recently inserted a memory card into my computer in order to download some pictures, next thing i knew <removed> detected a win32.silly file. It said i had to reboot my computer and everything would be fine. i did, but when it rebooted i had a bunch of folders i never saw before. The folders have dates of 2005 and 2006, therefore i realized those were part of the silly virus because i bought my computer in '08 (dell studio 15). Also after rebooting my computer's screen was completely black, i had to run the task manager and kill several processes in order to get the image of my desktop. I tried deleting some of the random files but many of them say that i dont have access to them, despite the fact that im the admin of my computer. therefore i cannot delete them. Can anyone help me with this? =S I included the HJT log if it helps.
