False Positive : Hp Deskjet 3900 Series Printer Driver

I download HP Deskjet 3900 Series Printer Driver from the HP sites at here :

But when i try to install/extract this driver installer, BIS 2009 deleted one of the exe files, hpfnro01.exe (this is the file i attach)
