Is Antispam Working?
I'm using BD Internet Security 2009 with Vista Home Premium SP1. The Basic screen, under the Security tab, Online Security shows that Antispam is being monitored, status OK. The Advanced screen, under Antispam, Status shows that the Antispam module is unavailable, and all options are greyed out. Is it working or not? How do I resolve this and get consistent displays?

Can you please see if the terminal services is running on your computer? To do that please press the windows button together with r now type services.msc press enter. After you have done that right click on the terminal services and press on properties under startup type select automatic press on apply and ok. Now reboot your pc and see if BitDefender antispam is still unavailable.

Terminal services were working, but I still had the problem. However, today's program update seems to have solved it. The Antispam panel is not grayed out as before.
