Well windows firewall doesn't provide real protection. There shouldn't be any conflicts, however, since windows's firewall is there just to make you think your computer is safe, you should disable it.

It's safer that you only have one software firewall active. Because the chance is hight that they conflict with each other. So I also recommend as Andrei said disable windows firewall.
