    Hi anthonis,


    BitDForum is not an official forum. It is a forum which was launched some time ago by someone not related to BitDefender.


    This forum was released this year and it is the Official BitDefender Forum.


    You can get help with BitDefender products on any of these forums, but I'd suggest this one, because on this forum there are some BD Officials active (like Virus Researchers).
