Uninstallation Problem

I have a problem uninstalling bitdefender from two of my computers. I got the same error message during the uninstallation process;

There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

does anybody know how I can get around this and complete uninstallation of bitdefender?

This has been discused on the Forum many times. Take a look at this topic: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=175 (use the uninstall tool, if normal uninstall doesn't work).
