I Have Problems With The Authentication Of The Computers With The Server

I have problems with the authentication of the computers with the Server, the authentication is very slow and it redirects a other ip, the ip of server is changing for next ip 82.98.235.50, if I execute a ping for my server this changing the ip y make that have problem with the authentication... can you help me...
