Bitdefender Icon No Longer Appears In Tray

The icon no longer appears in the right lower corner of my screen, where it used to be. I'm running all service packs with XP. Can anyone help?
bdagent.exe and vsserv.exe are running in service (task manager window). Any suggestions?

Please open Start - Run - type in "services.msc" and in that list look for Terminal Services. Right click on it, select Properties and for Start-up please select "Automatic". Now restart and try to see if the system tray icon is present.
