Bitdefender Antispam Toolbar

Hi All,

Did anybody manage to remove Antispam Toolbar from Windows Mail?

I'm using Vista SP1 32bit and this toolbar keeps disappearing and then appearing again.

Everytime this happens, I lose focus on the window I'm working with since it focus back on Windows Mail. This is really annoying.

I read a previous thread about this issue. It says run the following command from the "Run" command: regsvr32 -u "c:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2009\bdo.dll"

I did it but I received the following message: The module "c:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2009\bdo.dll" was loaded but the call to DllUnregisterServer failed with error code 0x8002801c

Any Solution?

Here's what you can try: boot the system in Safe Mode, then browse to:

C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2009

Look for the file called "bdoe.dll" and rename it to ""bdoe.d_" - now boot the system in normal mode and check in order to see if the toolbar is present in Windows Mail.
