i will talk about this subject in many sides hopefully ur support will

cooperate with me ,to reach the best security..

First , I'd like u to know the power of the defence to the popup sites ..

for example ..

I entered a site and I found that AVAST antu virus has block the page by

a property in that antu virus (network shield)..

Bit Defender didn't show any thing !

so I tried 4-5 times to contact with the support of Bit Defender but there was no reply or

update this danger ..in contarst, each time I send to AVIRA was taken seriously

in just 5 hours! even if it's not a danger sample .. they was replying and telling that..

Recently I received this

the simplest rights is to reply for the sended samples with updating !

the other anti viruses said it's danger and I'm receiving it's blank page!!

I didn't feel the seriously of the support

that let us think that ur purpose is just to sell ur products without giving mind to ur costumers!

I know u r caring ..and I'm proud to be ur costumer,,

and also I beleive in ur great job ..

but realy we need to have quick and effective answers and results to the sended samples ..

second ,

it is obveius that when I surf the site,BD didn't block it as AVAST

please make sure from the causes and breaches

and to know the weaking points in the BD security ..

third ,

some sites uses counterfeit programs and there are some trojans that BD didn't discover them

unless it's from the data base..

so where is the analysing of maliciuos programming behavior

and blocking them to not sneaking to our explorer

I will give u later on some sites using counterfeit programs and trojans

that BD didn't stop them ..

I will be glad with ur participate to raise level of BD security

and please try to full analyse the samples and not shallow answer as (blank page)
