Multiple Virus That Can't Be Fix?

I scan and get the same ones.

Backdoor.Servu.4004.E

Dropped:Backdoor.Mirc.BS

Virtool.Hidrun.A

THey all say that I can't do anything because they are part of an archive.

Is this bad or what? How can I delete these?
