Can't Delete Trojans

Hi everybody,

I was wondering if anyone would know how I can get rid of trojans on my computer. I did a deep scan and everything was cleared up except something called trojan.downloader.js.mm which failed to delete as the 'file is is in an archive.' I'm not really sure what all of this means (!) but I just want to get rid of it! If anyone knows, please respond (and please explain it all in easy-to-follow steps. I intentionally chose the name novice!)

open Explorer (press simultaneously Win+E), copy to the Address Bar this path:

C:\Documents and Settings\Esi.ADMIN-2VD3J0P0K\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\EZYXWPY3\

and press enter.

Once there, find the file hker[1].htm, select it and delete it. Be sure to permanently delete the file (press SHIFT+Del to bypass the Recycle Bin). This way you should get rid of the problem

To make sure of it, make another scan to see if there are any other alerts.
