Virus Stuck In My Opera Cache - Adware.aws.a

I have two .exe files that shouldn't be there. Everytime I load up my browser the BitDefender warning pops up and says it has been blocked. How do I delete the files permenantly?


Also, I don't understand why the AntiVirus scan doesn't detect the two files when I scan the folder.


I ran Spyboy and Windows Defender in safemode and they didn't detect it.


Need help, this is very annoying I don't know what good this program is if I can't even remove it.....

    Temporarly deactivate BD real-time protection and clear Opera's cache folder by going to Tools->Delete private data. Reactivate BD real-time protection after this.
