No Graph - 'scan Activity' And 'network Activity'

the graph does not appear for 'scan activity' and 'network activity' for BIS 2009 (v 3.04.2009).

the section in red is not updated on both Vista Home Basic 32 (IE 8) and XP 64 (IE 8).
