Okay so this happens after i update i believe but anyways on the virus scan tab theres sytems tasks,user tasks,and misc tasks however after i update my system tasks disappear?

Does this happen after every update? What version of BitDefender are you using?
Someone told me that this problem might get fixed if you create a new User Task. Please post if this fixes your problem.

Here's what happens it runs great shows my system tasks and everything when its freshly installed however after a while and a few updates then my system tasks disappear.
And I'm running version 12.0.12
I have the exact same problem. I got a bitdefender license for 3 computers and this problem only appears on one laptop. I made a custom task so I can scan the full system, but how could I get back the system tasks? I attach a screenshot.
i mentioned about it in another thread -
all these gui issues started after product update to v.12.0.12
i may consider myself lucky one since i could revert back to v.12.0.11.5 thnx to ghost image.
every further attempt to newer build till now brings all these bugs again and again.
no gui problems with build 12.0.11.5
So no solution so far... I hope the programmers are aware of this and going to fix it soon. Till then I'll be using the custom scan... (Version 12.0.12.1 by the way)
I have the same problem. I turned User Account Control off, and downloaded the patch from the Knowledge Base. It will last until they come out with the next update.
