Hi,every one
I (or we) use BD total 2009
many users here (I'm one of them) have posted topics about critical Bugs and freak issue
but the reply usually come with refuse or non-Convincingly reply or simply (((Na thing))
The problem is every one kbow that BD is the best Security Programme
and you cannot get rid of this software easely.
But if your way still like this (refuse suggestions,Ignore very important things,Insert bad things, remove good thins)

But no one from the support team have replied
So i posted that topic directly to support email
and they directly repled a after 20 minutes (good job )
but It was not a good reply they only offer one solution
for (Missed Scan Methods) and the rest was ######.
And I already know that they have a solution
( AND THE MOST IMPORTANT ISUUE EVER IS BD SERVICES HAVE STOPPED WORKING)
this thing happens everyday It'shappening right now DO NOT U HAVE ANY OTHER METHOD TO UPDATE THE PRODUCT!!!!!!
Must we restart our PCs every time BD installed an update
we want for this company the best I don't do anything on my PC untill I make sure that BD is working correctly
So I cannot use another Security Solution
I have tried most but BD is really the best
