P2p Problem!

Im useing Bit-Defender 2008 Total.

Im running Vista Home Premium (64bit)

I restarted my pc and ran the updates as microsoft tell me too (a)

Once I logged back in my pc's P2P/File moniter is switched off.

I can delete temp files, or re-enable the moniter.

Ive run bit defender and microsoft malware removers.

Scanned my system fully.

Tried a sys restore.

Now im stuck, and too scared to use my gaming rig.

Any1 know anything that can fix this? Or is it even a problem?

EDIT: I run Mozilla Firefox as my browser. Everything ran fine before this "update".

try reinstalling, bitdefender is very tempermental and not well written program wise and prone to hiccups, every time Ive ran system restore Ive had to reinstall
