Bitdefender Services Not Responding [vsserv.exe Unavailable Atm]

Hey, i was searching the internet for sollutions when i got on this forum.


I guess the title says it all : bitdefender crashes everytime, saying this text : The bitdefender security service (vsserv.exe) is unavailable at the moment. Please restart your computer. If the problem persists, please contact the bitdefender support team by clicking on the support link on the bottom area of the bitdefender user interface.


(using total security 2009, 2 year license)


Ok, did that (rebooting dint helped) and send a mail to support crew, i got this back:

I really dont know wath to do anymore, so this is my last hope, my system has been unprotected for over a week now and that bothers me.
