It Doesn't Work, Guys. Can I Have My Money Back?
Sorry, BitDefenders but you had to write that the product doesn't work.
I don't want to subscribe any beta.
I've given you no beta money, so I don't want any beta antivirus.
May I know the procedure to have the money back on my paypal?
The support team doesn't work too.
I didn't receive any emails in answer to the number I've sent.
Just a kind woman in Spain but that couldn't help me cause she's just a general helper.
Excuse me, but i need an antivirus.
Yours creates problems on my pc on a very interesting quantity of levels.
It closes every time and it closes browsers and it ask license number, emails and password for the account, everytime I switch on the pc.
It's impossible now to work on this pc.
You can't sell that product, people.
Really, I'm a pro user.
I talk honestly.
You can't ask money for this.

Hi danilo,
Nobody told you to use a BETA antivirus. I especially warned you that the BETA version might have problems and instability issues (that's why it's called BETA). If you want a stable AV, use v10. v11 will be released in a few months.
