Bd Total Security Isn't Updating

Hi all

I've have the BitDefender Total Security 2009

when I first install it on my laptop was awesome but on the last two weeks not updating and it's show me that I have one Critical Warning is updating when I press Update now this appears to me and when I wait for a time nothing download or update

and when I enter to Update option I got this

although that my firewall is disable

please

can any one helps me

what shall I do ??

althought that I just buy it and it will expires in 341 days
