Bitdefender Vault Problems

I cant create vaults... I click to create vault and bitdefender says: please wait while.... and never terminate....

    I uninstalled bitdefender with uninstall tool but when i install bitdefender have the same problems. And in general file activity dont show the graphic.


    OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 64bits


    Now i can create vault, but bitdefender dont show the graphs of file activity and network activity in general tab.
