Overcompressed File 490563.msi -can't Find It!

This is the first time I've had this happen. BitDefender couldn't clean a file because it was 'overcompressed.'

The file was logged as C:\WINDOWS\Installer\490563.msi](Embedded EXE)=](NO_NAME)

I have not been able to locate any such file no matter how I configure my Windows Explorer search!

Any ideas on what this is and if it is a real problem?
