Problems With Bit Def Internet Security 2009

i purchased the software about 4 months ago and all ive been having is problems and more problems.


i bought the 3 pc 3 year licence between 2 friends and myself. theve had minimal problems running 1 with xp and the other with vista 32 bit version


but myself well ive uninstalled and reinstalled 7 times already. it starts with giving me false positives then my system tray icon disapears then all of the sudden i get a corrupted error message and everything disapears my desktop icon and in the start menu the only thing left is the repair uninstall option but repair is not available its greyed out. it seems to be working in the background but detecting almost everything as malicious even my op system. the only way i can get the user interface open is by looking for seccenter.exe in the bit def folder in programs. when i open it it has diferent critical issues sometimes it says that i have a weak pass in my system sometimes it says that ive never scanned my pc(which is not true) and in the registration part my days available go up and down for example sometimes it says 1072 days available sometimes it says 997 and so on. my computer since i installed it runs somewhat slow and it takes too much on startup a very notable difference when i uninstall it. i run 64 bit edition of vista with 4 gigs of ram a core 2 duo processor on my laptop when i had the factory installed mcafee trial it used to run perfectly fine and much faster. the first times i had to reinstall it took maybe a month or so in starting with problems but right now it can only take 2 days!! ive contacted support a lot of times no help at all they are still working on it apparently..........if anyone else has encountered this type of problems or have an idea about what could be causing it plz help the last time i had to format and restore to factory my system because after being unistalled it kept saying on instalation window there is a newer version of bit def installed on this comp and so on and it did not let me reinstall. after the second unistall i downloaded the uninstall tool they have so thats the one i used the last five times..........thanks for your help in advance
