I have been having many issues with BD internet 2009. It was working fine for about a week and now issues are not being resolved, I can't start scans and I have tried numerous times to contact customer support this is my last resort.
I have already ran patches mentioned in earlier threads and re-installed the program twice. I have also shut off ll Microsoft security scanning functions so that BD is the only thing running.
Is there any thing else I can try, I feel that I have been ripped off and since so many people have similar issues and no resolution from BD whatsoever, in fact they are even starting Beta on 2010 products. Are the fixes in the 2010 product and if so will the recent purchases of the worthless 2009 product be given free 2010 copies?
