My service internet provider dept has said I have issues with what I think is termed connectivity....
I have over last few months lost connection and had to resort to my servers highest technical dept to get back on line and have to resort to feeding manual codes provided by them to re establish connection .They said contact Bit defender which I seem to be going in circles and unable to do so on any issue ....I have told them this and they have said I could switch my virus protection to themsleves which I am loathe to do as before I had this total 2009 protection I had good service and I could email or even phone Bit Defender for help.
I am unable to effect Bit Defenders back up or even tell them I am unable to do so it seems there is an account issue ..
Finally I am certain that a critical update that is uploaded every day but not accepted and I am being constantly reminded that it has not , but unable to fix this catch 22 situation ..
I am pretty sure it is Security update Micro Soft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (K3954430)
