I Do Not Know How To Communicate Three Problems I Have
My service internet provider dept has said I have issues with what I think is termed connectivity....
I have over last few months lost connection and had to resort to my servers highest technical dept to get back on line and have to resort to feeding manual codes provided by them to re establish connection .They said contact Bit defender which I seem to be going in circles and unable to do so on any issue ....I have told them this and they have said I could switch my virus protection to themsleves which I am loathe to do as before I had this total 2009 protection I had good service and I could email or even phone Bit Defender for help.
I am unable to effect Bit Defenders back up or even tell them I am unable to do so it seems there is an account issue ..
Finally I am certain that a critical update that is uploaded every day but not accepted and I am being constantly reminded that it has not , but unable to fix this catch 22 situation ..
I am pretty sure it is Security update Micro Soft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (K3954430)

For the other problems, please provide some more details such as what Windows version do you use, what BitDefender version and build number, and what errors you receive (and the steps needed to reproduce them).

I would like to actually to speak to someone , it seems Bit Defender can not authenticate , my account to engage back up which I have paid for ...I had Bit defender 10, for 2years and had wonderful support I encouraged my daughter to buy and she took cover for three computers but somehow they were not covered and my grandson computer was infected and has to have a new computer they had total protection like I have now ....
My own experience since buying two years protection bit Defender's total protection has mucked up my Windows updates and is refusing to load one and I am not computer savvy to correct it although the forum has explained that there is a problem ...It has taken an age to reply to you as it seems my account is being questioned ....Also my server Talk talk has said I would probably be better off if I used their virus protection as they have suggested it is my virus protection that has caused all my lack of conductivity problems ..I have said I am not completely computer savvy and really would like help ....I have windows XP0 -
