Hi,
I have been looking at renewing my BD internet security v10 as it is due to expire in early june.
I tried to log into "My Bitdefender" using my username (email address) and password but it does not seem to accept it (it requests the same info over and over).
So thought maybe my password was wrong so requested the "forgot password" link, got the email and changed to a new password.........still same problem and wont let me log in.
Went into my installed Bitdefender and updated me details with new password, then back to "My Bitdefender" and tried to log in again.....no success again.
Went into support and selected appropriate info but to send the request for help it then requests me to input my u/n and p/w again........bit stupid if the problem is that I can not log in!!

So here I am ---- does anyone have any thoughts on what could the problem (and/or even how to contact support if it wont allow logging in)
