I ran Bitdefender and this came up in my "system volume information".


This is the location:


c:\system volume information\_restore(F20739E1-38D-4BC3-B126-81B0199FD300)\RP1\A0004200.exe


wise001= wise0018


It states that there is a backdoor optix.pro.1 infection.


It deletes this but it keeps coming back, when I run Bitdefender again.


Any ideas.

    System volume information is a system folder which stores restore points for your PC. If you want to get ride of it, you have to go to System properties (either by going in Control Panel -> System) either right-click on My computer -> Properties. Then go to System restore and check the Turn off System restore on all drives. Confirm by pressing OK. Then, you should re-enable it by unchecking it and confirming.
