Ok, used ********* internet security for years with no issues what so ever.. never had to sign up to support forums or even remotely fix anything with it
I move over to bitdefender 2009 and well, i dame wish i didnt! I only moved over for the game mode. But in all honesty i think bitdefender is **** .. but i still paid for it and i want my gold card!
Right so, i've re-installed it 3times since i've had it, was going to reinstall it again to fix the issue for the 4th time
But no god friggin damit! I've had enough of re-installing this pile oh whooping error program. I'm starting to think ****** may be better, and thats saying something!
First error i got was when i right clicked the icon and pressed 'Show' - nothing happend! - Reinstall fixed it but got really peeved as i have to reboot, set it up, reboot.. set it up some more and carrying setting it bloody up!
Second time it kept graying out after a minute after boot up saying "Bitdefender services have stopped working, please contact support" Regardless, i removed again and reinstall, again peeved of reboots and reconfigures
Third time i couldnt run any type of scan, i pressed scan and nothing happend.. but right clicking folders/items and clickin "scan with bitdefender 2009" worked.. regardless i reinstalled yet again dispite how majorly frustrated i was at having to do yet more reboots and reconfigures
And now god damit its the fourth time and im getting "scan failed to execute" i get the same on right click menu scanning and manual scanner says "error initalizing threat scanner, please contact support" Oh my god how i so want to say more than "bloody and god damit" to you people is so unreal, but i shall give you the benefit of the doubt to try and help me fix it this time.. i swear to god if you tell me to reinstall it i will BAN bitdefender from being sold where i work and i will stop using it myself and i shall slate it to all my mates.
I have all the things like net frame work installed blahdeblah
Every time i reinstall bitdefender previously i used the official BD removal tool and i also used CCleaner to check registry
I need help, not quick ways round. As bitdefeder seems to work.. but then randomly breaks someone on its own. Not like im touching it. So fix this or else im totally going back to ********* , the heart ache aint worth game mode.
