Trojan.fakeav.ki

I cannot destroy this virus: trojan.FakeAV.KI and even the BitDefender Technical Support cannot do anything.

Any suggestion? I cannot even format the pc becuase the virus do something to the pc that is not showing the partition of the computer!!!!

I had it. Got rid of it by dowloading combofix.exe, change its name and run it.
