Unable To Do Full Or Deep Scan With Bd 2009

I have installed BD 2009 (was a satisfied user of BD 2008 before) few weeks ago and every 2 days or so it started to dysplay critical warning "You have never scanned your computer for malware" message even though I do deep scan of my computer at least once every week. This is not the major problem through. The major problem started today (Monday 25th) when I have found out that while I still can do My Documents Scan I am unable to use Full System Scan or Deep System Scan anymore. I am using Vista Ultimate on my machine.

And advice would be appreciated.
