You Have Never Scanned Your Computer For Malware - Scan Won't Start

Hi there, Bitdefender 2009 comes up with a status of 'fix this issue' beside malware scan, which it says has never been scanned. But when you click on the 'fix' button nothing happens, no scan starts, zip, nada. Can anyone tell me how to get this scan working please? Thanks.

For this issue, please use the first set of patches listed in the following KB article - disabled UAC for the current user first, then select the one that matches your OS's bit number:
