Chat Support Or 24/7 Phone Support

I wonder what is going on with Bitdefender. I have not been able to reach anyone at chat support the last few days, here:

The last two times I chatted with someone I have not received the email follow up that was promised. They were NOT in my spam folder either.

This was May 14 and May 27.

I also cannot find a phone number to reach the claimed 24/7 phone support.

Anyone more information...???

Emails don't get "blocked" by gmail. They go to the spam folder, or gmail sends me a notice that mail was left on the server due to a suspicious attachment. Neither happened.

My actual problems have been resolved by using the patches that you posted in one of your messages in the "failed to execute" thread.

In the meantime I have also been able to reach chat support. Your chat support is the main reason I chose for bitdefender many years ago. I hope you do all you can to remain available 24/7.
