Serious Problem With Scanner

Hello

I have Bitdefender IS 2009

is about a month that I have trouble with the scanner of the antivirus that will not start.

All status are green and everything seems to be protect.

But when I try to run the scan, it does not start.

Also with the settings of the auto scan, it does not start.

Is the fourth time that I have uninstalled and reinstalled bitdefender,

after reinstalling seems to work for 2 days,then the scan does not work anymore.

Are 7 months that I bought Bitdefender and it has always worked well but it's a month that gives me this problem with scanner.

Someone can help me to solve this problem?

My OS is Windows Vista Business 64Bit
