When Will My E-mail Be Answered?

After finally getting a response on my e-mail to support@bitdefender.com, I sent a few logs and the communication was pretty good. I was told to zip and send some files which didn't exist on my harddisk so I had to send a new GMER log. I sent a new log a week ago, but haven't heard any thing since.
