Bd 2009 Won't Run On New Vista Laptop
Bitdefender Internet Security 2009 will not run on my brand new Dell Laptop running Vista Ultimate (32b). We have spent 5 days now trying to ge it to work and sent all requested files to Bitdefender (Case ID 200906011012117) but still now reply 4 days later. Can anyone help before I give up and claim money back?
After downloading the latest version the icon appears on the desktop but it will not run. When I click on the icon an error message saying the application has failed to initialise correctly (0xc0150004). This is a new latop with no other software yet loaded except for windows updates!!!
