Bdts 2009 Freezing Vista64 Sp2

i post here to do some one have the solution :huh: here is the probleme .

after a good instalation of the SP2 vista 64 bitdefender TS could not make a virus scan anymore :blink: .

so i decided to uninstal and reinstal BDTS2009 everything whas fime but when I sended some private files with a p2p soft (torrent) vista freez and reboot after a wile . :wacko:

the same problem did append after instalation of vista SP1. <img class= " />

yes I have put the latest marvel and GPU drivers but nothing helps and the register key with regedit is already on 4 instead of 1.

:mellow: do someone have a clue because bitdefender do not same to do anything about it

nice i did follow all the step you gived and <img class= " /> vista64 sp2 has crached10 minutes after runing the 2 diagnostiic soft you gived .

its impossible to upload on the forum the print screen of the report :rolleyes:

but via your online report it worked :mellow: do bitdefender ( european societe who has a branch in Belgium) do not have a french support ?

It is very important to make sure to reply on the ticket ID that was opened for your case because it is the only way that we can keep track of the conversation. If you send a separate e-mail to support than a new Ticket ID will be created and it will have a different owner than the previous one.

Concerning the issue that you have encountered, the diagnostic tools are unable to crash your system because it is a simple process that creates a report file. They are also not patches designed to correct the issue that is why we need you to send us the reports in a reply to that e-mail.
