Need Help In Solving Scan Issues For Bitdefender 2009 Product
Hello All,
I am using bitdefender since from 2 years and I had no or very little problems with this software last year.So I bought this again for 2009 and ever since then I am facing problems with the scan.Whenever I schedule a time for "Deep system scan" it skips the time and will not scan.Let me elaborate this in more detailed way, if I schedule scan at everyday 5 PM starting on the same date, then the bitdefender will wait till 5PM and after that it shows the next date for scan starting.So many times I did scan manually.But since two days I am not able to update even manually.I am not able to see the update buttons in adavnced view, but if I go to basic view then I can see but cannot update. So guys please help me solve this !!!
