Problem With Bitdefender Ts 2009 And Garena

hello,

a few days ago i installed BD TS 2009 on my PC. Everything worked fine until I tried to play Warcraft III via Garena. I don't know why but in the game (Warcraft III) I wasn't able to acces Local Area Network. Everytime i pushed on Local Area Service option the game was saying "Could not connect to the network". I added Warcraft III and Garena on the whitelist at Firewall and even so i didn't worked. I tried to run the game and Garena with all process from BitDefender TS 2009 stopped but the result was still the same. I also tried to uninstall Garena and Warcraft III from my PC and then install them again but unfortunately the problem was still there...... so I belive that this problem is caused by BitDefender TS 2009 because when I had BitDefender 2008 i didn't had this kind of problems. Can anyone help me?

Hello Seby ,

Please open BitDefender , go to Advanced View then click on the Firewall module . Disable it for 15 minutes and check if you still have the same issue. If everything is working ok now , enable the Firewall module , then click on the Network tab and make sure that the Trust Level of your Local Area Network is set to "Trusted Local" , Stealth to "No" and Generic to "Yes" .

Please let us know if these changes made any differences and we will create you an email ticket for further investigation .Also , please tell us if you have uninstalled BitDefender 2008 before installing the 2009 version .
