Cant Remove/delete/isinfect The Viruses

using bit defender internet security on window xp home ..today it finds 2 viruses on svchost..but cant do anything plz help..screen shot is attached..

Follow the instructions there and send me an AVIS log. That topic is on the BD2008 version, but the detection is the same.
