Removing Trojan, Help Please

hi i've been using Bitdefinder since last year, and im really happy with it cuz its very effective antivirus.

any way last year i got this virus "nail.exe" which really anoyed me although bit quarantined it but every time i start my pc i get a message that window didnt find the dll file and i tried to delete this virus from my pc but i couldnt.

the other virus i resently been hit with is "Trojan.clicker.cm" which is more anoying than the first one cuz bit pup up msg saying that bit quarantined it but still every time the iexplorer opens a new page it pups.

the virus shows in this form "-1[1].txt"

please i need to know how to remove these 2 viruses from my pc

Follow my and miekiemoes advice that I offered in this topic: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=890&hl= Except downloading of norton removal tool.

For you nail problem : go to start,run,at the run dialog box type msconfig press enter go to the latest tab which is called boot/start up and check the items for startup by entering them on this website: http://castlecops.com/StartupList.html When you see an N or X uncheck the item. Take also a look here start,all programs,startup and also in the registry start,run,at the run dialog box type regedit press enter open the follow key hkey_local_machine by pressing on the +-icon and open the following folders and subfolders:

software,microsoft,windows,currentversion,run. At the right side you will find all startupitems enter them also to the website. But now you have to delete them by selecting them and press on the delete button of your keyboard. After that perform a deep scan with BitDefender. To do that open BitDefender,antivirus,scanning,deep scan.

Hi Niels,

A month ago my pc was infected a virus named Deepscan:Generic.Virtumonde.1.9EF8A3E8.And bitdenfender can neither disinfect nor moved it.Please tell me how to remove it from my pc.
