No Updates In May Or June 2009

Bit Defender has not downloaded any updates since the end of April, 2009, even though it checks for them every few days. This is absurd, so what is going on? I am registered, with over a year left.

Looking at your main website, I could not find a list of updates and their dates using your search function. Your website does not make it easy to find things in general, I must say.

I have over 30 years of computer experience, so I am not an idiot.

For start please try the instructions provided in the next topic:http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=14215 .If you have the same issue after you do this please tell us the following information's :

- the name of the BitDefender product that are you using ;

- the Engine Version and Virus Signatures of your BitDefender product- go to Advanced View -> Update in order to find these details ;

- the name of your operating system;

- the type of the Internet connection that you are using;
